The Polys 2018
As we near the end of the semester now is the time to think about who you might want to honor. We had lots of great leaders and students help out this school year. To recognize one of these students please use the linked forms below. If you feel our club has demonstrated one or multiple aspects of any of these awards please nominate us for that award. These are Poly specific awards. Tempe students and orgs are not eligible. (These forms are managed by ASU Poly. No one from the club will see who you submit.)
The 2018 Polys: The Trailblazer Award
This award honors a student or group or venture that has demonstrated a commitment to the Polytechnic student experience and campus life through innovative programming and/or has generated a creative solution or product that helps to address a specific need and/or analyze a societal problem.

This award recognizes an outstanding student or group that has exemplified ASU’s Charter in a significant way through involvement in activities/initiatives that demonstrate community/civic engagement and/or celebration or promotion of diversity and inclusion.
